Here is a brief introduction to the protection and maintenance of magnetoelastic displacement sensor, which will naturally reduce the damage of products.
First of all, the magneto elastic displacement sensor will easily lead to circuit aging when used, and will show wear due to mechanical movement. At the same time, in the process of application, there are many impurities, water mixture and oil, which will have a very serious impact on the touch resistance of the brush. The situation that often appears is that the data output by the sensor is not very stable, and the numbers on the digital display will jump frequently.
Secondly, the problem of power supply, we should eliminate those magnetoelastic displacement sensors that do not need independent power supply. The power supply of ordinary magnetoelastic displacement sensors is 24 v. if the power capacity becomes smaller, the movement of sol will cause the display of the clamping electronic ruler to change or shake, and it may also show the clamping movement, which will cause the glue injection magnetoelastic displacement sensor to shake, resulting in relatively large errors in the measurement results. If the driving power supply of the solenoid valve and the driving power supply of the magnetoelastic displacement sensor are together, it will be very simple to have these conditions. If the condition is very serious, the voltage fluctuation can be tested with a multimeter.
Then, the disturbance of frequency modulation and electrostatic disturbance. To distinguish the signal wire of magnetoelastic displacement sensor from the strong wire of the equipment, the magnetoelastic displacement sensor should use a grounding bracket, and its shell should be touched with the ground. To check whether the magnetoelastic displacement sensor presents electrostatic disturbance, it is OK to connect the cover screw on the magnetoelastic displacement sensor with some metal segments on the equipment with a power line. As soon as it is connected, the electrostatic disturbance will disappear.
